The City of Pinson would like to invite everyone to attend our City Council meetings.

The agenda is subject to change without notice and a final version will be available at city hall at meeting time.

The city recognizes the need for citizens to have an opportunity to address issues with their elected officials. The City of Pinson allows comment on items specifically listed on the agenda prior to voting by having a time during council for Pre-Vote Public Comment.

If you wish to comment on an issue listed on the agenda, you may print the following form, fill out the required information and provide the completed form to the City Clerk or any member of Council prior to the meeting. Forms are also available at city hall.

Participation in Pre-Vote Public Comment allows the speaker one minute to express his or her opinion per issue listed on their request, this time is not be viewed as an opportunity to debate these issues with council.
