Declaring a public nuisance relating to overgrown grass/weeds at 4350 Main Street. 

Adopting the Division "G" Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan.

Amending Resolution 22-15 concerning the City of Pinson's consent and approval of the issuance of an alcoholic beverage license by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. 

Establish the position of office assistance (full-time)

Accepting said bids received on the 29th day of November 2022, for Rock School Center Auditorium roof replacement and authorizing the Mayor to contact with the lowest, most responsible bid received. 

Establish the position of operations director. 

Accepting said bids received on the 7th day of April, 2021, for residential trash removal services and requesting the Mayor to provide contact with the lowest, most responsible bid received. 

Concerning premium pay for the City of Pinson employees. 

Authorizing the Mayor to execute a surety bond agreement with Stars and Stripes LLC concerning Hunters Point Phase One-Maintenance Until Acceptance. 

Authorizing the Mayor to execute a surety bond agreement with Stars and Stripes LLC concerning Hunters Point Phase One-Wearing Surface.
